OUIMET PROJECT

Marked architecture — contrasts and materials

This house from the 50s, completely renovated, features a kitchen where structure and material dialogue with force. White oak, used as the main material, is punctuated by black beams that structure the space and accentuate its depth.

The combination of wood and metal creates an atmosphere that is both elegant and contemporary, while respecting the soul of the place. The fieldstone wall, the central element of the project, introduces a natural and textured dimension, in continuity with the surrounding raw materials.

Each intervention has been designed to reveal the existing character of the house, while integrating a current and masterful style.

A composition where structure, matter and light are precisely balanced.

SELECTED MATERIALS

White oak veneer (plank effect), hot steel and granite countertop—a raw and timeless palette.
