We are currently looking for a Senior Kitchen Designer to play a key role in the development, performance and influence of Steam and Coquo Kitchens.
Your role
As a Senior Kitchen Designer, you will be a pillar of the team: design expert, strategic advisor to customers and driver of commercial performance. You will take charge of complex projects, from the first meeting to the final delivery, offering an impeccable customer experience.
You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, the sharing of internal expertise and the evolution of the design offer.

Responsibilities
Design and present high-end custom-made kitchens and fittings
Manage complex, high-value projects from start to finish
Advising clients with a strategic and personalized approach
Write detailed quotes and ensure their technical and financial consistency
Mentor and guide clients throughout the process (design, sales, realization)
Ensure compliance with company standards, processes and guidelines

Under the supervision of the foreman, the cabinetmaker is responsible for manufacturing kitchen cabinets, performing tasks such as cutting, assembling, installing hardware and sanding. They must be able to read plans and work safely within a small team.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Degree in cabinetmaking or a related field.
Skilled in using workshop machinery (panel saw, radial saw, router, edge bander, planer, jointer).
Experience in the manufacture of kitchen cabinets or panel furniture, as well as with various hardware, is an asset.
Sense of responsibility, punctuality, autonomy and ability to work safely and in a team.
Versatility, organization and ability to work under pressure.

REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS :
Education: Professional Diploma (DEP) at the Secondary level.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role.

Under the supervision of the lead Cabinetmaker, the Cabinetmaker's Assistant participates in the manufacturing and assembly of kitchen cabinets and wooden furniture. They assist the team in various tasks, ensuring that quality and safety standards are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in preparing of materials (cutting, sanding, deburring).
Assist in assembling and fitting components under the supervision of the lead cabinetmaker.
Set-up and maintain the workshop tools and machinery.
Ensure the workspace areas remain clean and organized.
Follow the instructions of cabinetmakers and foremen to comply with plans and deadlines.
Perform manual support tasks such as cleaning, surface preparation and organizing materials.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Basic knowledge of workshop tools and equipment (saw, sander, etc.).
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Sense of organization, meticulousness and attention to detail.
Compliance with safety standards and good working practices.
Good physical health to perform a variety of tasks.
REQUIREMENTS :

Under the supervision of the team leader, the Kitchen Installer is responsible for the assembly and installation of kitchen cabinets and accessories at clients' homes. They ensure precise, high-quality work while guaranteeing exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks and other furniture according to plans and specifications.
Make the necessary adjustments to ensure the alignment, stability and aesthetics of the facilities.
Check the conformity of materials and installations before, during and after installation.
Assemble and secure hardware, shelves and drawers.
Coordinate with other trades to guarantee efficient and thorough installation.
Provide courteous customer service, answer client questions, and resolve any issues on-site.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Meet deadlines and ensure an impeccable finish for each project.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Previous experience in kitchen installation or a similar field (an asset).

POSITION OBJECTIVE
The CNC draftsman on Microvellum is responsible for the design and preparation of manufacturing plans for kitchen production. Using Microvellum software, he/she creates detailed drawings and files compatible with CNC machines, allowing accurate and efficient manufacturing of kitchen elements, while respecting customer specifications and quality standards.Main responsibilities:
Design of kitchen countertops:
Develop detailed plans for furniture and kitchen elements (cabinets, shelves, drawers, worktops, etc.) according to customer requests and functional requirements.
Use Microvellum to design layouts respecting the dimensions, materials and configurations specific to kitchens (boards, panels, splashbacks, etc.).
Define the cutting and assembly plans for each element of the kitchen, taking into account the optimization of space and materials.
Preparing files for CNC production:
Create and prepare CNC files (G-code, DXF, etc.) necessary for machining kitchen parts (panels, doors, drawers, etc.) on CNC machines.
Optimize tool paths, cuts, and manufacturing sequences to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
Adapt files for different materials used in kitchen manufacturing (melamine panels, solid wood, MDF, laminate, etc.).
Managing components and assemblies:
Select materials, colors and finishes for each project based on client specifications and preferences.
Create detailed assemblies for kitchen components (doors, drawers, hinges, rails, shelves) and ensure that they are well integrated into the overall model.
Verify that drawings include all the information needed for assembly, such as cut-outs, drillings, fasteners, and holes for accessories.
Quality control and validation of drawings:

Coordinate with production teams and oversee modifications:
Collaborate with CNC operators and production teams to ensure that drawings and files are properly interpreted and suitable for manufacturing.
Make technical adjustments as needed, based on feedback from the production workshop.
Participate in follow-up meetings and project feedback to improve production quality and efficiency.
Models updates and management:
Maintain a library of standard kitchen models and assemblies to facilitate the creation of new projects.
Update drawings based on customer feedback or changes in production standards.
Compliance with security standards and internal procedures:
Apply security policies when using software and designing elements to ensure a safe work environment.
Track the company's internal processes regarding project management, production planning, and change traceability.

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
The kitchen cabinet assembler is responsible for assembling kitchen elements (cabinets, drawers, shelves, etc.) in the workshop, in accordance with manufacturing plans and product specifications. He/she must guarantee the quality of the assemblies and the conformity of the products before they are shipped to the installation sites.Main responsibilities:
Kitchen cabinet assembly:
Assemble the different parts of the kitchen cabinets (doors, drawers, shelves, backs, sides) according to the manufacturing plans and precise dimensions.
Use hand and power tools (screwdrivers, drills, nail guns, etc.) to assemble cabinet components in a securely and professionally.
Install accessories (hinges, handles, drawer slides) and adjust them properly.
Inspection of assembly quality:
Inspect cabinets to ensure they are properly assembled and free of visible defects (cracks, scratches, poor finishes).
Check the dimensions of assembled elements to ensure that they meet technical specifications and are ready for production or shipment.
Make necessary adjustments to ensure the functionality of all kitchen components (door adjustments, drawers, etc.).
Preparing the items for shipping:
Prepare cabinets and other components (shelves, drawers, doors, etc.) for transport to the installation site.
Pack and secure items to prevent damage during transport.
Organize assembled products in an orderly and efficient manner in the workshop to facilitate shipment.
Maintenance of equipment and workspace:
